Select the form of ID to be used:

North Dakota Driver's License

North Dakota Non-Driver's ID

Tribal ID

Passport (only for voters outside the United States)

Military ID (active duty stationed away from North Dakota residence and qualified elector with a military ID)

Long-Term Care Certificate

Applicant Without ID:

Attester (only for voters unable to obtain an ID due to disability)
